This is the best store in Springfield for just about anything cell phone related. I just got my iPhone 5c repaired and they did it while I waited - 10 minutes! I also bought a new case and a glass screen protector for it. Wow. Do they ever have a good selection! They also carry phones for lots of carriers. I recommend Wireless Trendz highly!

Downward TrendZ

Wireless Trendz replaced my iPhone 5S screen last Wednesday. I carried the iPhone in my baggy shorts pocket while operating a riding lawn mower Saturday afternoon. I had the phone in its Luvvitt case & did not bump, drop or bend the phone. Unfortunately, the newly replaced screen was spider cracked from the volume controls across the whole screen when I finished mowing. In fairness to Wireless Trendz, it looked like it had been banged against a desk corner, which it was not.

Tim, the owner of Wireless Trendz, refused to honor the 60 day warranty because he said that their warranty clearly states that "physical damage" is not covered. Since the phone was not misused or abused, I believe the Apple OEM screen Tim claims to have installed was defective. Even the highest quality parts have some small defect rate, but Tim refused this as a possibility because he said that it was obviously "physical damage" & claimed that he would have noticed any defective part before installation. He did offer to fix the screen again for an additional $89 "even though he was under no obligation to do so".

If a brand new tire blows out because One runs over stop sticks, few should expect them to be covered by warranty. But what if the tread peels off your new tires and tire shop says that it was obvious physical damage not covered by warranty? Is this the kind of service you expect? I expect more.

These guys are scammers, see in there mind you are looking to get them. So instead of a fair return policy you get 2 days and a mandatory restocking fee. I got a iPhone 4s from them and they to test the ESN put it on there account then "took" it off. Of course this did nothing to help me put the phone on Strait Talk and it can take weeks to reflect this. Only if I used Sprint could they call and verify. The phone had active service on it under there name. I mean how unprofessional can you get? They they refused to waive the restocking fee because I didn't have a Strait Talk CDMA card, of course no such thing exists and they could see the Strait Talk website say it isn't clear. Oh and there are at least 5 "owners", none actually own the store and most have no idea how cell phones work aka CDMA card....

These guys are AWESOME! My husband and I recently purchased 2 iPhones after using them for a few days we realized they were a little more than what we needed. I was sick after spending that much for a phone I thought we were stuck. Not the case when we went back the OWNER just happened to wait on us. How often does the owner really work in their store .....great great guy! We explained our situation he and his staff went out of their way to help us find what we were looking for. Customer service ++++++ thank you. I will be sending my friends your way!

Can't say enough good things about them. These people are amazing. My carrier suggested Wireless Trendz to me when I broke my phone. I dreaded the thought of doing without my phone for very long because of my business. They were great. Not only did I get my phone back FIXED in less than an hour but I saw them help an older customer with some issues on his phone. The fellow helping him was wonderful, very nice to the man and got him fixed up in short order. (A little education :)

Did I mention they have a huge selection of cases and other phone accessories. It's the first time I'd been in there so I was shocked that Springfield had a store with this much inventory just for cell phones! If you haven't been there yet and need anything for your phone this is certainly the place to go :)

Stay away. I took a phone there to get the screen replaced on a Samsung Galaxy 2. No problems there. It was expensive but I needed a new screen since mine had been shattered due to a drop. About 20 days after the screen was replaced I noticed what appeared to be a hair on the screen. It wasn't a hair, it was a crack. The phone had not been dropped or misused in any way. I took the phone back to them, since it was still under warranty, but was told that it is considered "Physical Damage" and that I'd have to buy a new screen - another $200.00. My guess is that the glass on the screen is defective and had a small crack to begin with or is poor quality. I read some other reviews somewhere else before I went there. They were not good reviews. Shame on me for giving them a chance. I'll never do business with them again.
