Springfield Brewing Company is truly a wonderful facility, staffed with a great group of individuals, and headed down a new path to fully utilize what Mueller designed and built back in 1997! Our goal is simple and that is to Restore, Reinvigorate, Reintroduce SBC to our friends and neighbors in the Springfield community. We are doing this by making small, but meaningful improvements to the business. We have no hatchet men or Madison Avenue suits on our staff; just a group of hard-working local business owners in search of excellence. Awesome Food, Beer, And Atmosphere

The beer was very good and if they aren't busy they can even show you some of the brewery. Get the beer sampler for only $7 to try all the beers. The food is excellent and made from scratch daily! The restaurant is huge with an upstairs patio and pool tables upstairs and on the weekends live jazz music upstairs as well. The staff is very friendly. Oh, and if you have a well behaved dog you can bring it with you on the patio :) Support local businesses!

Be prepared for a long wait ti...

Be prepared for a long wait time, even if you see several empty tables. The staff was friendly. The food was good, and it didn't take forever to cook. The drinks were very good. Bartenders were very friendly and liked to talk.
