I have lived here for about 10 years and I must say that Wooten has been the easiest to deal with when it comes to paying rent and getting maintenance work done. The area is quiet and growing. We have a brewery about 50 feet away now!

I live at Southcreek apartments managed by The Wooten Co. I have lived here for about 3 years and I am glad Wooten took over the property this past year. Everything is done online which I love, no more money order or check drop offs, thank god, welcome to the 21st century. Real quiet place most people keep to themselves. Always notified ahead of time if there is any kind of maintenance so no unexpected visitors. Southcreek is located on the southwest edge of Springfield with easy access to north bound(West Bypass/FF) and east bound highways(James River) so its kind of a commuters dream, your in the suburbs but only have a 25 min drive from south west to north east Springfield. O did I mention there is a restaurant/bar within walking distance(Wire Road Brewing Company).
