ask for help they refer you to other charities who then in turn turn you away if you dont have a piece of mail or photo id who then turn you away if you dont dress fancy or barely help you at all...why do homeless go hungry and charities dont help them..now you know..they get no help if they dont jump through these "hoops" and its a shame but i have seen and hear it on the streets..
