Very clean place, looks very well secured, but its not. Some vandals broke into my unit and stole half of my stuff.

Life changes quickly and you don't know exactly when your going to need something but Spfld Self Storage (SSS) worked with me and called me back when they had the size I needed (10x 10). The 24 hour access was key for me and I never feld unsafe when loading or unloading at 10 or 11 at night. The room was clean and the staff could not have been more helpfull. When I was able to move on with life and needed my belongings hurricane Sandy came along delaying my move past the 1st of Nov SSS understood and let me have a few more days to get my stuff out. I couldn't have been happier with the process. Moving my life belongings in and out of SSS was the easiet aspect of my divorce. Thanks SSS staff. Michael M - Springfield MA
