Best facility in Massachusetts.

I visited the West Springfield golden nozzle car wash recently and was improperly guided into the terminal by an attendant who clearly did not want to be there, as he failed to instruct me to turn my wheel right instead of left my car hopped the tracks which resulted in severe damage in my tire and rims. After speaking with the manager at the facility I received a phone call from him denying responsibility for the incident. Continuing to tell him I will not accept this responsibility he rudely hung up on me . Golden nozzle will be hearing from my lawyers.
