AAA is a great service. It is the insurance part of the business that is not up to par, The agent was rude to me during the time that i was purchasing a new vehicle. I was belittled so much that I ended my 17 year relationship with Commerce Insurance, I will never be talked to in that manner again, I also looked around and was able to save nearly 800 dollars a year by going with another company, I will not list their name, I will tell you to shop around, 5 stars for the travel part and maybe 1 star for the insurance section
