I am just now aware of the above bad review. Although it was long ago I still wish to say that as a small business owner, a couple of the biggest worries is bad reviews and troubles with employees or customers of course. I have always valued my employees and show that in every way possible. However, unfortunately, in management, there are always times that hiring becomes tough and letting someone go is always hard but sometimes a decision that has to be made. I also cannot leave my customers unmentioned. I love love love the customers that walk through our door whether it's one of my own or of another stylist. I value each and every single one of them. That being said, I hope that anyone can see my point and look past the above bad review. Thanks for your consideration and understanding.

The owner is very rude to customers and unfair to her stylist!

I was referred to a stylist by a few friends. Her name is Heather Scott. She is far more skilled than any stylist I have ever met in this area. She is a color expert and can truly work magic! Thank You so much Heather for all you have done in our community! You are making Springfield a better looking town, one person at a time!
