Dawn, Mike, and Brandon always take such good care of me and my family's vehicles. They are Awesome!

Mike Bushnell is knowledgeable and upbeat. I feel comfortable bringing my car in for service.

I went to Merlins in Springfield, IL on Wabash Ave. I got an estimate to replace upper and lower Control Arm bushings for $1,030.00 well I knew this was not right so I took my car to someone else and they did the complete job for $378.00. I called back Merlins acting like I was a new customer and I then get an estimate of $690.00. I know people make mistakes, but this mistake made me go some where else. If you want to pay DOUBLE at Merlins, then this is the place for you. I will never go here again. I hate to even give them a 1 star rating.

Great tech in that first bay. I can't say about the rest. The guy did a perfect complete exhaust replacement on my daughters Honda while I waited. I don't mind paying that price for such a qualified conscientious tech.

TECH DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB LOOKING FOR SUSPENSION NOISE WENT BEYOND WHAT I GOT FROM ANOTHER SHOP IN TOWN THAT WROTE ME OFF.I WAS THRILLED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
