I have been buying bicycles and parts from Ace for the last twenty five years and the shop is second to none. Their repair service is outstanding and they have a very knowledgeable staff. No reason to go anywhere else for your bicycle needs!

I have purchased many bikes over the years and all of them from Ace Bike Shop. I never had any problems with service and reliability from Ace. They focus on what's important to the individual person wether purchasing a bike or an accessory, they don't sell someone something because it's the latest trend but sell what the individual wants out of the product. Rich is one of the most knowledgeable bike technicians there are, if he can't fix it you'll be hard pressed to find someone who can. This is why I always fly an Ace sticker on my vehicle and recommend them to everyone who asks.

I bought a Giant Hero there several years ago and am about to drive down from Chicago to make sure I get the same...you never know what you're going to get here as far as prices go!!!

I have neever had my bike fixed there, but I do know thier reputaion. they are a great shop, and genuinely care bout thier customers.

Ace is by far the best shop in town, and if any repairs were made to your bike they must have been a repair that must have been done for safety sake. That said stop by ace for all you needs, they wont dissapoint!

I took my bike in there to get a new chain put on. The prices were reasonable so I didn't mind. I left it there overnight and when I picked it up the next day they told me it was almost $60 because they had to replace a small piece by the handle bars that I never asked/told them they needed/could fix. I had to pay it because the piece was $20 and the labor for it was $10. Rip off.

The stores are cleaner, the stock is better quality, the

shelves are more organized. The staff was

friendly and helpful.Overall great bike shop.
