The people who work here don't speak english. They spelled my name wrong even though I used the A as in apple, N as in Nancy method. Then they tried to tell me I didn't have a reservation when I called the day before to confirm (good thing I did) because they had my name ALL wrong. They came late to my house but called me before hand to ask how to get to my house. Get a GPS!! He had my street name all wrong (again, no English). On my way to the airport, he stopped at a gas station, didn't say a word to us (he had picked up other people on the way), and went in to get something. We got on our way but he was driving to JFK. My flight was from Laguardia. I told him that and asked if that's what it said on his paper. He mumbled a bit and made a hasty turn around in Brooklyn. After a speedy, unsafe drive, I finally made it to Laguardia. I could have missed my flight because he was taking me to the wrong airport.
