My car was towed illegally by Alfaro Motors (Mr. Anthony). April 17, 2020. Due to extreme exhaustion from caring for my dad due to COVIC19 I fell asleep behind the wheel causing me to side swipe 2 cars. I called Ford roadside assistance which called Alfaro Motors (Service Provider) to tow the car but NYPD stated that they had to use their tow the car because the car was obstructing the street. Ford canceled their request to Alfaro Motors (Mr. Anthony) and NYPD, called their tow company to have car removed. For 10 days after the car was towed Alfaro motors called NYPD to get the location of my car. 10 days later Alfaro motors picked up my car, fixed the car, never called me to inform me that he was in possession of my car and began to order parts and repair the car. He never discussed price or provided me with a estimate of the cost. I went to the location of my vehicle and Mr. Anthony stated it would be $17,000 for a $3,500 job. $13,000 was taxes. I never authorized him to pick up the car or fix the car. On the paperwork he has my dead motors name as being authorized . My lease term was up so Ford paid the bill and took the car.
