Excellent customer service wit ha friendly staff. If they dont have it they will go out of there way to get it for you

The owner of this store is extremely rude. I have spent a considerable amount of money in this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are higher but understandable for a small hardware store. I had 11 keys made. 5 of the keys belonged to an older rv. The gentleman making the keys was polite and helpful. The rv keys did not work, the employee tried his best but didn't grind down the edge a bit. Not a problem, I went back the next day and the owner was at the door. He asked "What I needed". I said I had a few keys made and they did not work. She put her hand out without saying a word just wanting the keys. I handed her the keys she immediately turned her back to walk away and while her back was turned said "That's what happens when you use generic locks." I said do you need all 5 keys for a return. She said yes. I went to my truck to get the others and asked if I could get a refund. She said "That's not how we roll". Those were her exact words. She ground the keys down and tossed them back at me. After looking up other reviews on different sites I found other negative reviews about her and her "attitude" towards customers.
