I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I SECOND THE LYING ABOUT TIMES Of Departure and arrival. The ft. Smith office is also very rude and say they don't know were the bus is or what time will arrive. Bad BAD BAD experience left outside at 2 AM no information at site about delay. Call they say one thing and it is not correct.

I had to use this Service several Times recently. The Drivers were so helpful & even gave me a free pass to ride more often.

I dont recommend this. The bus drivers are rude, clumsy, and worst of all DISHONEST.

They lie to you about transfer timings and locations, put you on the wrong bus, and threaten to throw you out if say anything back to them.

ive had to file numerous complaints and its doubtful whether the bosses are doing anything.

Just get a bike, walk, ride a scooter or taxi but use this as a LAST resort!
