Your design work and installation for irrigation and landscaping at # 3 Plymouth, Rogers, AR is just what this house needed. It looks fantastic!!!! Again you guys were on schedule within budget.
As always we really enjoy working with you.

We started using NWAR lawns several years ago when Travis Roe was the owner/manager. When he was there we had a wonderful experience- good quality work, communication and responsiveness. He really went above and beyond for customers. Since he left (and confusingly the new boss's name is also Travis but it's not the same guy) things have not been the same. We noticed that Travis Lee did not have the same knowledge base or communication skills which led to a few mishaps early on - he would tell the laborers to trim things that we were growing out or have them cut at the wrong season leading to no blooms that year etc... When we called him to talk about it (and we are reasonable, understanding folks) with the intent of finding a solution we were met with anger, entitlement and defensiveness. Despite this we kept using them as the laborers were for the most part the same as when we started years back (and they did a great job!). But over the summer there were more and more new faces including three different coordinators/receptionists in just over a year. When we called to schedule service this spring we got a returned phone call/voicemail saying they no longer service residential.... We have been loyal customers to this company even through management changes and are saddened to see the direction things are going. I would not recommend setting up service with the company as it is now.

This company did a fantastic job! Northwest Arkansas Lawns repaired my retaining wall and built me a new fence. I had no idea this company could do all that. Thank you!
