HCS is an expensive shop. $85/hour+tax. Several great shops are $60/hour... HCS technicians lack skill. They quoted me a price to replace 1 obviously leaking transmission line and I agreed. Obvious leak meaning, pop the hood and start the car to see it steadily drip... HCS called me back later saying they found another leaking line and it was going to be an extra cost; I reluctantly agreed. Once I came back to HCS they showed me the additional line that needed replaced. Guess what, it was the original obviously leaking line that they should have fixed to begin with! HCS would never own up to making a mistake. To top it all off, they didn't check my fluid level because I was quart low... After all this, I called back to calmly explain my experience... Lewis acted like he didn't care and actually tried to end our conversation before I was done calmly explaining my point of view. So I asked for a manager and I was told the manager would call me later that day... 4 days later, no manager.

The person that answered the phone was really sarcastic and didn't have time to "deal" with us. We had to take our car back twice to get issue fixed, very difficult to get back in. Also, the really good "ratings" website (surecritic) they have is bias, since they choose which reviews to make public. My review never showed & I redid it twice.

They are the BEST on price and are fair,friendly, and expert on what they do. I highly suggest them
