It's hard to argue with results! We met Julie on a Friday for a short consultation. Julie & team began staging the next Tuesday, added a few final finishes on Wednesday, New photos were taken (to update the listing) that day and were posted by Thursday morning. By Sunday (Mother's Day) we were celebrating a negotiated offer on the house! And there was an accepted back-up offer as well. It must have been the staging!?! I've always thought it just takes the right buyer at the right time - but after several months on the market (with the house lived-in, then empty, then staged) we were ready to try staging. In our own minds we questioned the expense, and some of the staging choices as well! But, Julie's experience and knowledge were just what was needed, obviously! Julie's personality, even on the phone before meeting her, let me know we would hit it off! The areas of the home she staged were great for what current buyers want! So glad our Realtor recommended her and so pleased with fast results.
