I had to rent a car while mine was in for repairs. I pre-reserved the week before a vehicle in the insurance price range. I showed up early Monday morning to pick up the vehicle. I was there for an hour and a half, and they upsized my vehicle because "reserving a particular vehicle doesn't mean you will get that exact vehicle". Not only did they "upsize" the vehicle, they charged me for the upsize, not the price for the vehicle I had reserved...can you say "bait and switch"? Having pre-reserved we should have done the paperwork and walked out and into the vehicle in 20 minutes. But, we had to wait for them to "finish cleaning it". After another twenty minutes my husband asked where it was, we both needed to get to work, and they were "gassing it up"". Another fifteen minutes when I was ready to blow a gasket, they finally brought it around, still dirty. Horrible service, dishonest business practice. I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE ZERO IF IT WERE AN OPTION. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!
