American Leak Detection EARNED this 5 star review. Their office staff was extremely polite and helpful over the phone, and their on site professionals have excellent customer service skills. Every possible outcome of our situation was explained to me by the tech and they were very knowledgeable. They arrived on time, happy to help, and worked with a smile the entire time they were at our location. Even though it was literally FREEZING, they never seemed unpleasant. I will recommend ALD to anyone that needs leak detection or plumbing services. I honestly cannot emphasize enough how nice it is to see polite professionals!
