I used this moving company when I moved in August, BIGGEST MISTAKE. Here are 'some' of the complaints:



-They charge $119/hr and they will make sure to stretch the move as long as they could. A move that should't take more than 6-7 hours took CLOSE TO 12 HOURS!! I had to quietly bribe the movers with a $20 bill to speed up the work otherwise they never finish... for the last 2 hours I physically helped them to unload the truck otherwise they would never finish.



-Damaged alot of stuff. They damaged the crown on my China closet and this dumb guy screwed a phillips screw in the $20K worth furniture. SEE IMAGES.



-They did NOT leave a receipt for me, crew manager said that he lost it..... I couldn't even claim the insurance. When I contacted owner with my complaints, he didn't want to give me a copy of the receipt.



Plus many more flaws that are completely ridiculous (they used my tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture, now some tools are missing).



STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
