Dealt with Sam Hirsch, a completely unprofessional person to deal with. The "Supreme mulch" They're advertising is the lowest quality I've ever come across. Thank god I only opted for a yard to try out, the stuff was completely sour mulch. upon asking sam what kind off materials were in the supreme mulch he fires back "none of your business". If I'm buying a product IT IS MY BUSINESS to know what goes in it. Mulch is not a trade secret. The entire time his temper and emotions were flaring up wildly that it was apparent this guy has no business sense. Buyer beware, he's completely unstable

had a great experience

Creative gardens staff were nice to us loaded our truck on 2 trip with seasoned fire wood at a great price and then the same for my parents the next day. I will be returning there for all my landscaping needs in the spring. I got beautiful mums in the fall there...cheaper than LOWE'S and beautiful!!!!

I purchased firewood, specifically requesting that I not get too many small chunks in the pile since I burn my wood in a fireplace and not a wood burning stove. I was assured by the girl who took the call that the pieces would be between 18 and 22 inches in length and not to worry. The wood was dumped off in my driveway - when I wasn’t home. When I did finally arrive home and start to stack it, not only did I find a rather LARGE number of small chunks, but also that the average length of the pieces were NOT the 18 to 22 inch length that was promised, but around 16 inches in length with a very large number of pieces 12 inches and under. When I called to ask (in the most civilized manner) what could be done about this unfortunate mistake, I was told by the owner (Sam) in a the most rude and belligerent way: “It all burns, so why don’t you just put the chunks in your fireplace throw a match on it and call it a day!” I managed to keep my composure and replied, “That wasn’t exactly the point.” I mentioned to Sam (continuing to remain calm) that I was promised - and paid for - a service that I didn’t get and was simply looking to find out what could be done to correct the situation. Sam told me that he was used to dealing with “people like me” and I really had to stop bullying him! (Huh?!?) This unbelievable conversation went on for another couple of minutes with Sam getting more belligerent by the second and finally hanging up on me. I’m writing this review as a warning to anyone thinking of using this guy’s service - to simply BEWARE! Sam (If that’s really his name) doesn’t seem to understand the first thing about being in a service business, or, the fact that simply being civilized to your customers is actually a GOOD thing! So I say again, “BUYER BEWARE!!!” As for me – NEVER AGAIN!!!

They dumped 15 yards of mulch in front of my 2-car garage. When I called to complain, the guy who answered the phone told me that he did not dump it there, he did not have to listen to me compaining, and he hung up the phone. Case closed for Creative Gardens.
