I'm just commenting on the previous rating before mine. No doubt that Unik Cleaners has a few problem trying to handle the customer flow. Especially, when it happens as you described. However, I will have to disagree with you regarding the service, cost, and overall satisfaction of dealing with Ms Kim. As a loyal customer for the past 12 years. Ive seen many things change in our area. The one thing that has not is her commitment to go above and beyond normal customer service to satisfy clients. Just another indicator of why its so crowded :-) It's very possible on that day things just didn't go her way?
I think it's fair to say we all have had those types of days. Regarding the racist remark? As a male caucasian, I've never personally experienced anything but kindness & excellent service. Thank you for allowing me to share my opinion.
