All the Dentist in this practice were very nice. However, "nice" is not always what a patient needs. Sometimes, we need immediate attention because severe tooth pain can keep us from enjoying our lives and we need a dentist that is not only nice but can give us CLEAR ANSWERS and meet our pain needs until the problem is resolved in a timely manner. My husband had a severe toothache for about two or three weeks. We were drawn to Thyme Dental because of the good reviews we saw. My husband was tossed about for several days from one dentist to the next (saw all three) and while they were very friendly, they were completely unsympathetic to his pain, could not give him clear answers as to what was going on, and treated him like a drug addict when he needed pain medication to make it through the intense toothache. We were baffled that these dentists seemed to never know what the other one was doing, so each time my husband returned for his next appointment, they booked us with a different dentist and my husband had to explain all over again what his problem was. I honestly think that not one of these three dentists has ever experienced a severe toothache for themselves, thus making them unable to have true empathy for their patients. Update: My husband switched to Woodlands Family Dental Group and they were able to expain in detail his problem, treated his problem AND HIS PAIN, and now I have a happy husband again with a healthy new tooth:-) Good riddance Thymes Dental! SO happy you are our past and not our future.

My whole family loves Dr Iglesias! Amazing Dr and Staff! My kids love going to the Treasure Chest at the end of there cleanings! Recommend!

I have to say that this is a great dental group. Had a great experience.
