"Scheduled" to purchase 2 phones on a certain date and was promised they would be there. Went to make the purchase and the phones were not there so the salesman was eager to sell me an upgrade naturally. When I asked the number of the store down the road he hesitated and offered to call for me which I didn't want him to do. After he gave me the number which was not the main line I called. While going through the phone prompts he said they didn't have any either probably but low and behold they did.

This store is not friendly, is only looking for ways to upgrade and sell you something instead of help you. There is a reason they had only two customers in the store.
