Terrible! Made mani pedi appointments for my mother, sister, and me for 10am. We got there at 10:03am. Apparently that justifies taking 2 walk ins at 10 and having nobody to do our nails. At 10:25 with still nobody to help us, we went up the road to Elite Nail Spa who took us right away and did a fantastic job. I had been going to TLC for 6 months and tipping 20% for sub par jobs. Fortunately, I have finally found a much better place and will never be back.
