Great staff, a wide variety of services offered, and very fast and efficient. Prefect location for our Kleinwood neighborhood.

First review I will do on many sites. Shipped package via this store. Went post office. Post office did not perform. The owner being the poor businessman that he is said -too bad so sad. Can't help. Don't have any control. DO NOT SHIP AT THIS STORE via the post office. If you do use UPS. Chet the owner had the opportunity to try to give a credit for half the cost which would be $8.00. I thought that was fair. But he's too cheap to realize that doing the right thing to build a customer is worth $8.00. Instead, I will spread my negative experience. So now Chet has lost a customer. I'm sure he doesn't care. So sad.
