Visited twice, both times my acrylic nails have broken off within 2 days of having them done. On the second visit, it took 2 hours to get them refilled, and the tech completely screwed up the powder on one nail and just LAUGHED!! No I'm sorry, no let me fix that, no let me give you a discount, just laughter!

Do not go to this nail salon! I went for a pedicure and the technician cutting my cuticles cut off a quarter inch of skin on my big toe! I screamed when she did it. It was bleeding and she did not even apologize. I had to ask her to put antiseptic on it. She tried to continue the pedicure, and I said we were done and I was leaving. I had to open the chair for myself to get out. I complained to the manager on duty and showed him the cut, and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Worst experience ever at a nail salon. I hope this does not get infected.

Would give less if possible... horrible service!!!! I waited soaking in water through my sisters full mani/pedi. The manicurist was very rude not only to myself, but my sister as well. I ended up leaving in the middle of my appointment with 4 nails powdered and only half my toes done. The lady was insisted she had to do shellac on my acrylic nails. She couldn't do powder... made no since. I told them I would pay for as far as I got but was not paying full price. They called the manager and she said she would give me a $12 discount off the original price, which came to about the same price u was paying with the 20% discount. I gave them $20 for nothing! Horrible! Will never return!!!
