Do NOT use this Title Company! NOEL WASSON was the employee that did my closing papers. First of all I was closing a home for my diseased Mother's estate and Noel clearly had no idea what she was doing! From the moment I was given the papers to sign I noticed my Mother's name wasn't even spelled correctly. Then Noel was asking me to sign papers as to MY marital status when I purchased the home, again this was my deseased Mother's home, my marital status had nothing to do with this closing. The Biggest mistake Noel made, and it was a HUGE mistake, she figured the taxes for the buyer and for myself, the seller, incorrectly!!! The buyer and myself found out about the tax mistake several months later when the tax bill came due and there was approximately $7000 more in taxes due than what NOEL WASSON had figured into our closing documents. This $7000 now had to be paid immediately mainly by me and a small portion of it from the new buyer. When I contacted Noel about the problem she said it wasn't my problem that I was the new buyers problem. In fact, Noel was WRONG!! It was mine and the buyers problem because NOEL WASSON didn't do her job correctly!! I've sold several of my own personal homes in the past and I have never had such an inadequate unprofessional closing from a Title Company before! Once Noel knew she had completely screwed up my closing she would NOT return my calls! DO NOT use this Title Company!! They are only out to collect their money they will not help you, they will only hurt you!!!
