I bought a mini helmet signed by Earl Campbell. The person I bought it for did not like the gift. I went back to the First Colony location to return it 5 days later and was informed they don't take returns. All they offered was a store credit. To make matters worse, I had 14 days to use the store credit and I had aleady used 5. I have no other reason to shop at the store. Why would I want a store credit. I left with the $107 helmet and still had to go buy the person a replacement gift. The guy was nice about it, but the policy is a great way to not have a repeat first time customer.
