TRAVEL TRAILER WAS STOLEN OFF THEIR LOT - Only had it there a little over two months!!



My family and I recently purchased a new RV and have only had in storage for a little over two months, and would like to say while they do have very competitive prices. You definitely get what you pay for to say the least, but that is IT. While the manager on-site Wesley is a nice gentlemen, let's just say our stay in those 2+ months has not been acceptable given the last and most recent event caused us to definitely look elsewhere, see below for reasons.



1st incident - Was our travel trailer was up on a cinderblock all jacked up and come to find out the following week the person/company who mows the grass actually ended up knocking our trailer off of the cinder block either by bumping into the front or somehow rocking the trailer enough to knock off and fall to the ground. Mind you this is a ~31ft trailer over 7,000lbs, which must have taken a good hit/push. This definitely took a great deal of effort to get back up to that block and not even a courtesy call was given or apology.



2nd incident - Just recently our travel trailer WAS ACTUALLY STOLEN off the lot and ultimately impounded and trashed. Mind you they do have a keypad at the front and when you leave but not sure the last time those were changed, and while they do have cameras, go figure they weren't working when this happened either. Our trailer had locks not only on the hitch but also on the couple and both were broken off and the jacks were rolled up. The manager who stays on-site had no idea this even happened let alone someone broke in and was able to take away a 31ft travel trailer while under there watch.



While police investigation is ongoing, I think you can take away from this review that this would not only be a storage I would NOT recommend, I would strongly urge current customers to move their equipment to a storage facility which values their customer's assets. I will be reaching out to their parent company (if there is one) with this feedback and if I get any traction or support at that level will update with any notes, as the only assistance I got was from the Officer/Detectives and my insurance company, not a single arm-extension per se from the company as to how they could help or even starting with a simple apology even!
