Based on the other reviews this seemed to be a safe place to order flowers. My experience was totally different. I ordered flowers at 9:30 in the morning to be delivered that day. They were not because the shop said they didn't receive the order until 1 and just put it off to the next day since the driver was gone. No attempt to contact me, no nothing! When i called to see if they had been delivered, there was a weak apology at the end of the conversation but not options were given to resolve it.
