I do not recommend this place. I always go here as a last resort because they never have what you need and not interested in getting it. They don't call back when they say they will. But the last straw was when the would not make good on an $60 electrical cord that I used just 3 times. Not once did they ask what was wrong with just did not care. When I told them I would write this review they did not care about that either. Go the extra few miles somewhere else because it will be worth your time, believe me.

on March 6th we ordered a repalcement awning for our R V for $314.00 + tax and frieght. We recieved the awning and it was the wrong size, we contacted Mike and he said oh no problem we will get the right one in. Now they are telling us on April 10th to bad you bought it you own it. There is no note on our reciept that says not refunds or exchanges, even if it were our fault. They have the awning and our cash. They are blaming us. If you do business with this company beware. It's a shame that as hard as some of us work to provide customer service that there are those that don't care about their customers. Shame on you Spring Cypress R V. Tom and Patty

Working with Willie in the service department, on a unit we sold to a customer in the Houston area, he was very diligent and helpful and resolved the issue this bus was having.
