Had my mower a complete month (parts on back order, sure) and hit me with a bill of $215 when it should have only been a $25-35 repair at most. Lied about issues to inflate their profit.



Never consulted about cost involved nor given permission for additional repairs. Had to demand my mower back (unfinished or not) then it was magically ready a day later.



When the owner (Robert) was consulted he acted like he was just a victim of circumstance and had no idea what was going on in his shop. Did reduce price by $35 but they still made more money off me than they should have. Lying crooks!

Charged me $130.00 to take the deck off. (10 minute job max. 10 minutes to put back on) Changed the belt that I went and got for them. (They said they needed the space in the shop and if they ordered it, it would take 2 days) Did clean the deck off and lube all joints. Charged me $10.77 tax. There is NO TAX ON LABOR! Changing a belt is no challenge. I thought it would be better in the interest of time. Boy was I wrong. If you use these "good 'ol boys", be prepared to pay. They got me for $140.00 but it will be the last $$$ they get.
