Went to have coolant flush. NO FLUSH. NO Coolant exchange. Did not notice a radiator leak. Initially said that the radiator was full of gunk, thermostat clogged, so they "supposedly" cleaned the thermostat and did the flush. They showed the two chemicals that they were going to use. Car running hot when I left, it kept getting worse. Talked with the manager (who was recently fired) said it might need a water pump. Days later more towards red....talked to the owner DAVID who said that they did a "coolant exchange" even though I was told a flush. Another week totally in the red! Had to have it towed. Another mechanic said that the radiator WAS NEVER FLUSHED. It actually had a leak! Called DAVID again. He said "no flush would clean out gunk". Yeah right. I said the radiator had a leak and should have seen it. Asked how they did a flush, he said from the top, going through the reservoir. No WAY as the hose was clogged. DO NO GO TO RIPLEY'S! LIARS! David and Mark @ Ripley's Total Car Care on Rayford Rd. took great care of me. I've used Ripley's in the past for break repairs, oil changes and to make my Taurus SHO exhaust sound SWEET! This time I got into a fender bender and the original shop I had the car towed to quoted far more then I could pay. I had the car towed to Ripley's on Rayford Rd. They confirmed the repairs and had an option with an expense similar to the first shop but.... they were able to work with us and offered a "Plan-B" we could afford without sacrificing safety. Ripley's is not just a muffler shop they are truly total car care. I trust and also recommend Ripley's to all my friends.

took advantage of my sister in law who doesnt know much about cars. sent her there for oil change and 300 later she comes home crying. Told her car would break down if she didnt get a power steering and trans flush. manager would not speak to me
