Just got RIPPED OFF here. I was quoted $370 to replace a motor in the a/c duct, I agreed and had the work done. I was told the high price was because the "whole dashboard" had to be removed to access the part, it was mostly labor. When I picked it up the price was over $100 more. I noticed that a piece of paper I had wedged in the dash to stop a squeak was still there. When I pointed this out, suddenly it was only a small portion of the dash that had to be removed. I asked for the original motor that had supposedly just been replaced and they could not produce it. One star is too high.

I used this company for years, always with a certain amount of skepticism. My concerns were validated when they told me my wifes car had a blown head gasket and would cost $ 3400.00 to repair. They had just performed the 60,000 mile service which included replacing the hoses. The car began overheating. I took it to another shop and without being told anything they said to me that I apparently had some work done recently and that when it was done they had failed to bleed the hose lines and that wa sthe reason for the overheating. They repaired it for just over $100.00. The vehicle has been running fine every since.

I'm a car fanatic that is usually very picky, hard to please, and want things perfect! Precision Automotive has exceeded my expectations. The owner Sam Lincoln not only goes out of his way to please customers but does it with a touch of class. The work is done right, at a fair price all while you sit in the waiting room which resembles a comfortable Den at home. This family owned business has been a fixture in our neighborhood for many years and is sure be here long after others have closed and moved on. They are just a cut above the rest!

After being burnt a few too many times at the dealer, i decided to try an independent shop. Looks like i picked a winner. Great service - excellent communication - fair prices. What more could you ask for. Would recommend them to anyone.

Close to the house. We do all our maintenance there. We've only had one problem with them which was mechanic error and the outcome was so-so. Other than that they've done a great job.
