Worst place ever! Needed a dress altered for a wedding and since this place came up 1st on the google search I said why not. Dropped my dress off 3 weeks before the wedding and was told it would be ready in two weeks. Well the 2 weeks came and I received a phone call that she was sick and could not work on my dress. I told her I needed it done and if there was anyone else that could work on the dress. She told me no to come in Wed., so I did and the dress was still not finished. She told me to come next day at same time, which was 5:30pm. Arrived next day at same time and shop was closed. I called the number and told them I was out side the shop to pick up my dress, lady told me my dress was not done. I finally said I don't care I need it back! they opened the door and then saw another lady working on my dress but all she was doing was cleaning off the marks where she was supposed to cut. I had already gave them $30.00 deposit to work on my dress, then they demanded the rest of the money for the unfinished dress. I told them it was not finished why should I pay for something they did not do! They wanted to keep my dress another day to finish it. I paid the rest of the money $34.95 for a dress I can't even wear! So I am warning you all! Their tailor shop is a front for the message place next door.
