I have patronized various Pep Boys locations in Oklahoma and Texas for more than 20 years. Due my experience at this location, I will no longer be patronizing the company.
Over the past few months I have spent at least $3,000.00 at this location making various repairs to the vehicle. Ended up paying for labor on defective parts that they originally installed. Never able to speak to store manager. Took my car for same-day repairs that ended up requiring 3 days. Drove less than 5 miles, and the car stopped. My experience was a nightmare!!!!
