DeLawrence, Store Director, and other staff went over and beyond to make my visit pleasant. I would highly recommend this establishment and without hesitation.. give it 5 STARS.

Located the Abarth on-line and touched base with Santiago, negotiated the deal over the phone, gave a deposit, drove from Covington LA to pick the car up. The whole experience was painless, professional and speedy. Most of the paperwork was done ahead of time that allowed for a quick In and out to pick up the car as we had to travel back to LA. Santiago and the whole staff were nice,well spoken and professional. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the Gulf South that is interested in the Fiat line. This Store has the Passion!

Every time i visit the dealership i am well received and cared for. I travel all the way from katy tx because the staff at northside fiat always take really good care of me and never give me the runaround or waste my time

I came in to see a car that was on the website and to see if the Fiat was practical for me because I was afraid it might be too small and feel cramped. I found it had plenty of room for my needs and was very cute. I had not driven a manual transmission for almost 40 years so I asked Santiago to take me on a test drive so I could see how the car felt. I was impressed so he reviewed with me how to shift and then I drove. He was very nice and extremely patient. The next day he called to see if I had any questions about the car. I felt he was interested in me as a customer and was not at all pushy.
