I am so upset with the horrible service this place gave me. I made an appointment for Mother's Day for my mother. My mom was so excited for her. 2 he massage & when I made an appointment with the MANAGER Crystal I asked if my massage therapist was a women. I wanted to make sure because 1 she didn't ask me & 2 I know my mom would be uncomfortable if it was a male. Crystale confirmed a women & on the day of the massage it was a MALE. We decided to cancel because of their horrible service they charged my mother 50$ for canceling for something that was clearly their fault. I called to get my moms cancelation fee refunded to us & crystal said that every appointment they ask if we are male or women preference. If she would have asked that an was paying attention to what she does at work she would have wrote FEMALE because that's what I the client would have responded if she asked. She tried to blame it all on me. Clearly this place is very unorganized & they have no intention in making customers happy. It seems like they need better managers that actually care for the company.

Wonderful people, wonderful relaxing massages, and skin hapy facials all at great savings. I've tried the rest but they are the best. Love it.
