Parking is terrible. Dog waste everywhere you walk. Dogs not on leashes. People in the pool all hours of the night.

Don't live here! The parking is horrid and you cannot have guests because there is only 10 vistor spots for the whole complex. If you do have a visitor don't you dare make them move their car or they will loose their spot and more than likely be towed because they are very tow happy here. The management's soulution to the parking problem was to make more covered parking so you would have to pay to have a place to park. They charge enough for rent so I was not willing to pay for a spot. I often had to park at the very front of the complex (my apartment was located at the back) and my car was towed twice.



Also they were going to raise my rent over $100 if i had renewed my lease. I always payed my rent early, So I would consider myself a good resident but obviously not good enough for the,.



When I did move out they charged me over $700 for replacing the carpet IN A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. I know the carpet was not dirty or smelly because I shampooed the carpet THREE times. When I called to ask the manager about the charge her only response was "We have Pictures and if you don't pay we will turn you over to collections and you will not be able to rent anywhere else."



In my opinion they do not care about their residents they are just wanting to make as much money as they can and squeeze every last cent out of their residents as possible.

The parking is horrible! There are not enough spaces to accommodate the residents, let alone a guest. And the pool was closed on Memorial Day!!! because Mondays are regular maintenance days! And, the security gates are a joke--they are out of order a lot of the time, so they just stay open. When they are working it is very easy to just tailgate in behind someone. And there is no security guard on site. The original staff when I leased a year ago were very nice and helpful, but since the Marquis took over, they could care less about the tenants. I would not lease there again.

Terrible TERRIBLE parking!!! Not enough spaces, and when asked staff about it, was told to park across the street at the gas station or down the street by the daycare. Have only 1 car, and god frobid you come home after 6... Staff is about as bad as the parking, I highly recommend you shop around...
