UPDATE: The restaurant manager came to my house, refunded my money from yesterday's dabacle, apologized, and told me that the nutty driver no longer works there as of this morning. He alo gave me a free order of Crab Rangoon. Faced with ample evidence that yesterday's events were an aberration, and that our business is obviously important to the management, I am happy to report that my good opinion of Main Moon has been restored.

The food is pretty good, but nothing special. We have had food delivered from Main Moon many times in the past but after the experience we had today we will _NEVER_ order from them again. An hour after we ordered we had heard nothing. I called and was put on hold for another five minutes. When the guy finally returned to the phone I tried to find out the status of our order but his English was so bad I had to repeat myself several times before he understood I wasn't trying to place an order but was wondering where our food was. I'm not going to go through the whole story here but in summary: 1) they failed to deliver the order within their 35-45 min. estimate and failed to call to say it would be later; 2) when I called after an hour they told me it would be another 35 minutes and I told them to cancel the order; 3) a few minutes later the driver called and said he would give me 30% off and could be here in ten minutes. I agreed. 4) when he arrived he tried to change it to 20% and I decided I'd had enough of being jerked around and told him to forget it; 5) he kept arguing with me until I told him l wanted him to leave or I would call the police; as he was walking back to his car he was screaming at the top of his lungs that I was a "bad person"; after he left I called the restaurant again but could not manage to get a person on the line who could speak English well enough to understand and I finally gave up; a few minutes after that the driver called me again, and again said I was a bad person, and then dropped the F-bomb after which I hung up. He tried to call again but I did not answer. Needless to say, I'm really wishing these people didn't know where I live
