The doctor is very attentive to detail, the location is convienent and clean. The staff make scheduling appointments easy! We rarly have to wait and everyone if very loving and gentle with my child who has dental anxiety. We highly recommend Dr. Pratt.

Extremely poor communication skills with the patients and their parents. They consider the initial consent a "blank check" for doing whatever they wish to your child without your knowledge or consent. They over-corrected my daughter's teeth which resulted in having to undo what they had done which meant having her braces for a longer period of time. They attempted to keep her braces on for 8 extra weeks not because of any medical reason but because Dr. Pratt did not have any opening in her schedule. When it came to "retainers" they placed PERMANENT wires on my daughter's lower teeth without my knowledge or consent. As for her upper teeth they never told her what she was going to have. She celebrated removal of her braces and was expecting to get clear retainers because her friends had gotten clear retainers. That is the degree of lack of communication I am talking about. To her dismay, she got a retainer with wires for the top teeth. You can only imagine how she felt after celebrating being rid of wires after being overdue for taking them off. If I had to do it again, I would never choose Dr. Pratt and I would not recommend her to anyone. In fact I am reporting her to Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. Even touching a patient without proper consent is consider an assault let aside placing PERMANENT braces in their teeth without consent of their parents or legal guardian. Even a first year medical student knows this.

Very highly recommended. We have seen Dr Pratt for ten years now. We are finally on our last child in braces and could not be more pleased with the professionalism of the practice. Outstanding service and results!

Very clean office with professional staff and a caring doctor. They are really available unlike the other orthodontists in Magnolia who only work there a day a week and if you have an emergency you have to drive 20 minutes to their main office location (we learned this the hard way before we found Dr. Pratt).

Highly recommended board certified orthodontist. Her staff really take care of us and working around our busy schedules. Dr. Pratt is very caring and great with my kids. They love going to their appointments and their smiles are amazing.

Great environment and efficient office. My kids have fun on the iPads if they wait, which they rarely do. Their prices are great considering Dr. Pratt is the best orthodontist around.

Dr. Pratt is very professional. We have seen her for the past 9 years and she has treated 4 of our children. The staff go out of their way to help us schedule our appointments around our numerous activities. And unlike other orthodontist in the area, they have appointments everyday (one local orthodontist is only in his office one day per week - be ware). Also, my children never have to wait to be seen, the staff is always waiting for us.

We have used this practice for my child's treatment for 3 years. The ortho fails to return phone calls after requests to discuss issues.We usually have to make a return visit after the vast majority of appointments due to problems with appliance fit or poking wire. My other child sees another ortho, and we never have issues. Very costly to switch orthos mid treatment. Be very cautious when choosing orthodontists.
