I generally do not like to offer negative reviews. I understand consistent customer service is the most difficult aspect of a business. like many others I purchase a Groupon in March, I called their office several times was told they would put me on the list, After the 3rd call they said due the backlog it would be July 8th. July 8th I called to confirm appointment. They said they had a dispute with Groupon; yet, I had saw they relisted their services on Groupon several weeks before and I am sure they never bothered to call any of the prior appointments which used Groupon.



In summary, I had concerns as each time I called they asked if I purchased through Groupon when if they were repuatable, the service is the service no matter how purchase. Obviously the intent was to treat the Groupon purchases as second tier customers. Overall my experience is the company should be investigate to insure all Groupon purchases are refunded or the company should be brought on mail fraud.

Bought a groupon in January 2013, was given a bad attitude when I called about scheduling service and told since I was groupon we could wait, probably till September before they would come! After several more calls they finally agreed to come today 6-14-13. My wife took off work to meet them. They never showed. She lost a days wages . When she called them they said they were not honoring the groupon purchases and when she asked why they made the appointment and then did not cancel and did bot show up, they hung up on her. Jireh neans provider, they do not provide their service and have no honor. I could not give them no stars so the get 1.

Terrible service, I bought a Groupon on Jan 22, 2013. after two verified no show, no call appointments, i needed to get my money refunded on May 14, 2013. They used my money for almost 5 months and then never showed up. I am a senior citizen and really do not need the extra aggravation>

Never use this company. i think they are writing their own good reviews!!!

Excellent and outstanding service,very competitive and affordable prices. My trees and landscaping has never looked this great until I used Jireh Trees.
