First of all, the salespeople are wonderful. My main issue is with my wife's Pandora charm bracelet. We have twins and she has two charms, one with a boy and the other a girl for our kids. The boy charm fell off (it dangled from the bracelet) and they wouldn't replace it, Only told me that it had a one year warranty (the charm is 1 1/2 yrs old). Pandora is supposed to be top of the line, but my wife has 3 James Avery charm bracelets that are 3 and four years old that have never once had an issue. Pandora is overrated and overpriced with poor quality. If you want a quality charm bracelet, get one from James Avery. What also bothered me is when I explained this to the GM, she told me "you don't know how many times we have customers come in with their James Avery bracelets that are falling apart..." WOW! Deflecting and disparaging another product to somehow justify your products poor quality.

Was looking for a Movado watch for my wife. I will not shop the Woodlands store since they are 30.06 posted. Off to the Mall.
