Use caution!!!! Manager, Henry, very incompetent. Does not honor ethics and integrity of satisfaction and quality service. Experienced damages to bedroom curtains blackout panels ruined by cleaning process. I was charged for cleaning and never told that curtains were damaged. I have been doing business with the Cypresswood Dr. location for 4+ years and did not expect the lack of customer compensation for their damages. I cannot get the manager to take my call nor call me back. Will no longer use the service and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to not risk having an issue that won't be compensated by this company. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS, too risky. I was required to show at lease 1 star on posting, would have preferred to have rated the business with 0 stars.
