The sales experience was good however once I purchased the tile I was basically forgotten about. I received a call less than 24 hours before my installation, obviously no one was paying attention to the installation calendar. Once I was forgotten about, it was a disaster trying to get tile layers to my house on a consistent basis. They would promise to be there and they would not show up and no one would call to tell me they were not coming that day. I would call them to see where their tile guy was and they had no idea the guy did not show and this happened several times. They were just very unprofessional in regards to the "after sale". I will never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. The product I can find anywhere, is it not about the service? I did not even find this tile at their shop. Service after the sale is so important. I will say once the tile was laid it looks wonderful, but it was so much stress and hassle to get the product on my floor.
