Bought a spa from Island Mist almost a year ago and we LOVE it! The customer service was and is amazing. The spa has been awesome. The price was awesome. I needed a new filter, went inside just the other day and they snagged it for me (I had no info on my tub with me). The owner is so kind, even kind to my 2 crazy kids who were literally running around his store. His team came and installed our tub and that team went above and beyond. We highly recommend Island Mist Spas!

I have ignored the rude behavior for several years now. Always chalked it up to, he was having a bad day. It's always a bad day, it seems. The Owner is extremely knowledgable, but there's a price to pay for that in attitude. The bad stuff doesn't end there. He seems interested in a few things, selling products, but puts little to no effort into servicing Spas, especially ones he didn't sell. After several calls back to his office for the same appointment over several weeks and he accused me of making up things at one point. He claims he had no recollection of our conversations. Started asking for help the first week of July. It's first week of August and still nothing. I'm canceling my service request today 8-6-2012 and looking for someone else. I refuse to be a hostage or second class citizen. Good luck Island Mist/Ronnie. Your altitude has a lot to do with your attitude. Good riddance!!
