Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE! If I could give them a 0 star. My home warranty company Home Warranty of America sent them out. The guy came out two three days ago. He said that he needed to order a part for my faucet diverter. After paying him the $75 required fee, he leaves. Three days later, I had to call HWA. They tell me that they cancelled the claim because the part was installed wrong. WHAT?! This company along with HWA is a scam and fraud. Luckily the previous owners paid for the HWA. We will NOT be renewing.
