On time, convenient, friendly! The drivers are all gentleman and good listeners. Best towing company

Employees post photos of lynching president Obama and the company thinks it is OK. Management won't do anything about it. It is not OK and I will not give my business to a racists company like that. I am asking AAA to make sure this company is no longer on their list of towing agencies.

Posting a photo that treats lynching as a joke? No self-respecting human being should patronize this business.

Show them that their hateful actions have consequences and take your business elsewhere.

Apparently the owner thinks an employee wearing an Obama mask and placing a noose around his neck is "a joke." This company is highly unprofessional and has no ethics.

Just saw a picture with a driver of your comapny wearing an Obama face mask with a noose around his neck. Yet he is stupid enough to wear his work uniform. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was horrible, the language was derogatory, and the people were very unprofessional.

Today April 14, 2014 around 1:41pm I approached a light at Spring Cypress Rd. and Kuykendahl Rd. during a rainstorm and decided to be cautious and stop during the last second of the yellow light in order to not run a red light or cause an accident.



The driver behind me was driving a tow truck for Haulin' Iron and he immediately went into a road rage because I didn't proceed through the last second of the yellow light and instead chose to be cautious.



He quickly sped up from behind me and pulled up next to me in a fast and aggressive/dangerous manner. He then rolled down his window and gave me the middle finger and cursed me out for being cautious during the rainstorm.



He then cut me off while the left turn lane light was still red and proceeded to dangerously and recklessly maneuver through and into the intersection in order so that he could get ahead of me. I then followed him up Spring Cypress Rd to T.C. Jester where he then proceeded to run a 2nd red light.



I understand tow truck drivers have to be places quick in order to get the job done, but this road rage was purely out of control and highly illegal. I would exercise extreme caution when using this company as they have clearly demonstrated through one of their employees actions that road rage is acceptable and running red lights during a rain storm is totally okay.



The gentleman driving the truck was a bald white man with glasses in his 40s to 50s, the license plate of the tow truck was "LDEN UP". Clearly he is the one who needs to lighten up.
