I wanted my carpet cleaned and the pad replaced. This was explained over the phone and to the technician upon arrival. The technician was over 2 hrs late for the appt. He would not give me an estimate to replace the pad and after being here for 2 hrs finally gave me a price that was over double what was expected. He then said that somebody else from the company would give me the exact price. Then he kept trying to replace the entire carpet, not the area in question. He also expected to be able to go to any carpet company and replace my current carpet w/ the exact color! I would not recommend this company to anybody for any reason.

Highly recommend. Customer service was very professional, techs were clean and professional. Carpets turned out wonderful! They truely restored the life of my carpets
